Programme Duration
The programme runs for a duration of 4 months August-November 2012.
Programme lesson time
The group will run every
Friday afternoon at 3:30pm
Saturday at 8:30am , 11am and 2pm
or Sunday morning at 11am.
If you have your own group of five people you can arrange a time and day most convenient to your schedule.
Lesson Duration
The lesson is 1.5 hours long.
Group Ratio:
Even though the national surf coaching standard ratio is 1:10 for group lessons, the group ratio for the girls lesson will be 1 instructor to 5 participant which will ensure the each participant receives as much instruction as possible.
Course Fee
The course fee is R400 per month or R1400 (R200 discount!) for the full 4 months if paid on the first lesson of the programme. The fee can either be paid via EFT,cash or cash cheque and is to be paid by no later than the first lesson of the new month.

What to Bring
Please bring a lock , costume , towel and don’t forget to put on your sunblock before you get to the beach 
What we provide:
We provide you with a surfboard,wetsuit and rash vest for the lesson as well as a locker ,change rooms and hot showers for after your lesson.

As you drive onto the beach road in Muizenberg you will pass the first circle ( beach on your left) and just before the second circle you will see our building on the right hand side with signs for knead bakery and Quiksilver .Come through the knead doors as we are inside knead!
