  3. BEWARE OF PUSHING YOUR BODY TOO HARD WHEN YOU BEGIN A SESSION
  4. GIVE 100% EFFORT IN YOUR SURF
  5. TRAIN REGULARLY
  6. DON’T TRY AND MAKE MANOUVRES TOO DIFFICULT
  7. Never start an exercise too FORCEFULLY (VIGUROUSLY)
  8. If you HAVNT SURFED FOR A WHILE don’t push your body too hard when getting back into the water.
  9. BEWARE OF BURN OUT
  10. IF YOU ARN’T HEATING UP in your suit you ARNT training hard enough
